Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee key initiatives in Stellenbosch. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and high quality across development, manufacturing, and launch.

The role requires a 6+ years track record in pharma/biotech project management, a science-based degree, and PMP certification is desirable. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to closure, with a strong understanding of drug development phases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, utilizing project management software.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and budget.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GCP) and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
