Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
• Strong GMP knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency gains.
• Design, validate new or modified processes to meet targets.
• Develop SOPs, batch records, and process flow diagrams.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure GMP, safety and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams.
• Lead or participate in process validation activities for new equipment and product introductions.
