Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering in pharma/biopharma.
• Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA/SAHPRA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Proficient in process simulation and data analysis tools.

About the Role

You will play a key role in process validation, continuous improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies. This on-site position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the company's manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and reporting, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation related to manufacturing processes.

Requirements
