You will lead process validation, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with QA, R&D, and production teams to transfer technologies and improve yield, efficiency, and compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in process design, optimization, validation, and scale-up.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and reporting.
