Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of the pharmaceutical manufacturing team, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor production processes, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Manage equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and cleanroom protocols.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
