Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and regulatory adherence within the production environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of batches and optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering departments to resolve deviations and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing records, and operational logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.

• Experience with various manufacturing equipment and processes (e.g., granulation, tablet compression, sterile filling).
