Qualifications

• Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets; FMCG/retail exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, identity and value proposition.
• Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints; manage portfolio and product positioning.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns; coordinate advertising, digital marketing and events.
• Collaborate with agencies and media partners; evaluate ROI of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product teams on launches and go-to-market plans.
• Manage budgets; track spending and ROI; report to senior management.
