Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Brand Manager for our Modderfontein, Johannesburg branch. You will lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and drive growth across channels.

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure cohesive brand execution. You will develop annual brand plans, manage budgets, track ROI, and guide new product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Brand Manager role.
• 3–5 years in marketing or brand management.
• Experience managing campaigns and budgets in FMCG/retail.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy and market research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with objectives.
• Define brand positioning, identity, and value proposition.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers on campaigns.
