Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth, clarity and confidence.
• Process loan applications and assess affordability for clients.
• Resolve queries with empathy and urgency and own the problem until resolved.
• Handle complaints with empathy and finish with dignity and speed.
• Contact clients about outstanding accounts and help find workable repayment solutions.
• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up to keep accounts on track.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our systems.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries across calls and written channels.
• Live Unifi values by treating people with dignity and clear communication.
