You will own performance strategy, optimization governance, client leadership, data interpretation and automation, with external partners handling execution while you maintain accountability for outcomes.

You will collaborate with analytics, technology and creative teams to translate objectives into measurable KPIs, lead testing frameworks and optimize campaigns for ROAS

Formación

• 3–5+ years in a senior performance, client-leadership or team/partner-management role.
• Hands-on experience across Google, Meta, DV360/programmatic and commerce media.
• Strong analytics, attribution and martech understanding.
