Job summary

X, bigly labs, Dis-Chem’s high-performance innovation hub, is seeking a People and Performance Strategy Specialist.

You will translate strategic priorities into organisational effectiveness, lead role design, grading, remuneration benchmarking, and onboarding; drive workforce capability and insights; manage surveys and stakeholder enablement; and continuously improve organisational impact with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field (Honours strongly preferred).
• 5+ years' experience across people operations, remuneration, organisational effectiveness, HR, people analytics, or a related field.
• A genuine HR foundation focusing on job grading, remuneration, onboarding design, and survey work.
• Strong research and people analytics capability, with experience designing employee surveys, pulse checks and other feedback mechanisms.
