You will guide multiple tribes, drive engineering excellence, and strengthen partnerships to deliver clinic-based digital solutions across healthcare domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale engineering teams and budgets.
• Track record of aligning engineering strategy with business objectives.
• Experience working in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams delivering healthcare or domain-specific platforms.
• Understanding of complex system integrations within healthcare ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of healthcare / clinical engineering initiatives across squads.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with clinical workflows and domain requirements.
• Partner with architecture and product teams to deliver clinic-based digital solutions.
• Shape and execute the engineering strategy aligned with organisational and product goals.
• Define key performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence across tribes.
• Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to support long-term growth.
• Ensure consistent application of architecture and quality standards across all engineering domains.
• Oversee engineering budgets and ensure alignment with organisational financial objectives.
• Promote learning agility and technical development within leadership ranks.
