Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong experience in dashboard development and reporting frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data lakes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

The incumbent is responsible for delivering high-impact insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and enabling a data-driven culture across the organisation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related roles
• Advanced SQL and strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Strong experience in dashboard development and reporting frameworks
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Programming experience in Python or R
• Exposure to SAP environments (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business application
• Industry experience (e.g., retail, healthcare, financial services)
