Tailormade Solution is seeking a Junior Payroll Assistant on a 3-month contract to provide peak-season payroll support in our Retail Division. The role focuses on accurate data entry and timely processing of timesheets in Excel.

You will work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, capture and verify hours, maintain records, and assist with payroll information while handling confidential data professionally.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Experience in administration, data capturing or payroll preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to meet strict deadlines in peak season.

Responsabilités

• Capture employee timesheets accurately onto Excel.
• Check timesheets for completeness before capturing.
• Verify hours worked and identify discrepancies.
• Follow up with supervisors on incomplete timesheets.
• Assist with payroll information preparation and data capture.
• Maintain payroll records and deadlines.
• Handle confidential payroll information appropriately.
• Collaborate with payroll and operations to resolve queries.
