Job summary

Super Group International in Cape Town seeks a experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing for all employees, ensure tax compliance, and lead a skilled payroll team. You will coordinate with HR and accounting on benefits and taxes, implement process improvements, and maintain data security.

A strong background in Payspace and Workday is required, with 5+ years in payroll and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In‑depth knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Fully functional knowledge of Payspace and Workday platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Lead payroll team and provide training and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting.
