Job summary

Are you a detail-driven Payroll Administrator who knows that when it comes to payroll, accuracy is everything?
An established manufacturing company based in JHB South is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team and take ownership of the day-to-day payroll function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ payroll experience who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of confidentiality, deadlines and attention to detail.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Full payroll administration and processing
• Capturing and maintaining employee payroll information
• Processing new starters, terminations, leave and employee changes
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions
• Handling payroll-related queries from employees
• Assisting with statutory submissions and payroll reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation
• Supporting the wider HR and Finance teams where required

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ relevant payroll administration experience
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Psiber payroll system experience will be advantageous
