Job summary

Network Finance seeks a capable IT integration professional to support and monitor Biller Integrations within our payments-focused environment in the Western Cape. You will assist in various IT integration functions, generate ad hoc reports using SQL, and help clients through integration requirements and processes.

You will troubleshoot post-integration issues, monitor logs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a similar IT integration role.
• Experience with SQL, IT systems monitoring, and customer support.
• Proficient in MS Excel and the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor Biller Integrations.
• Participate in IT integration functions.
• Generate ad hoc reports using SQL.
• Monitor transaction irregularities across the value chain.
• Consult with clients on integration requirements.
• Provide post-integration technical support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure connectivity between systems and assist clients.
• Interpret technical documentation and solution design for clients.
• Investigate logs and run test transactions in live environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
