Job summary

Network Finance seeks a capable IT integration professional to support and monitor Biller Integrations within our payments-focused environment in the Western Cape. You will assist in various IT integration functions, generate ad hoc reports using SQL, and help clients through integration requirements and processes.

You will troubleshoot post-integration issues, monitor logs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a similar IT integration role.
• Experience with SQL, IT systems monitoring, and customer support.
• Proficient in MS Excel and the MS Office suite.

• Support and monitor Biller Integrations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and stage monitoring of Biller Integrations
• Participating in various IT integration functions
• Ad hoc report generation using SQL
• Monitoring transaction irregularities in the value chain from Retailer to Biller
• Consulting with clients to guide them through integration requirements and processes
• Providing technical support to client’s post integration, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and assisting clients through the integration process
• Understanding technical documentation and solution design to advise clients effectively
• Investigating application logs and conducting test transactions in live environments
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integration-related issues

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant tertiary IT qualification
• 3 years' experience in a similar role, including experience in SQL, IT systems monitoring, MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel), and customer support
• Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on the payments industry and the understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes will be beneficial
