Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Banking/financial services experience required.
• Card payments, merchant acquiring or contactless payments experience.
• Experience delivering technology and business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and initiatives from initiation through execution and close-out.
• Engage with business stakeholders, delivery teams and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with defining project objectives, delivery approaches and success measures.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines and dependency trackers.
• Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning and delivery reporting.
• Ensure project documentation, handover activities and lessons learned are completed at project closure.
