Job summary

Verifone seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery of payment solution projects in the South Africa region. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, while engaging customers and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes effective communication, strong project coordination, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, project management, or a related role, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to understand and explain technical payment solutions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of small to medium technical projects within scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand integration requirements and dependencies.
• Engage with customers during project execution and participate in client meetings.
• Support resource coordination and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on PM industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
