Job summary

Mediclinic Hoogland in Bethlehem, South Africa, seeks a Client Experience Manager to develop and implement strategies enhancing the experience of clients, patients, families and visitors. The role requires a 3-year Diploma in Human Sciences (or higher) and at least 5 years in a service-oriented environment, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 Year Diploma in Human Sciences from a registered institution
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences is desirable (Communications, Nursing, Marketing, Social Work or Psychology)
• Experience in service-oriented environments is essential (5 years)
• Experience in healthcare/service industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilise client experience data to improve client experience at the hospital
• Manage client journey campaigns and initiatives
• Oversee and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Control the client experience budget
• Lead the client experience team to meet strategic objectives
• Manage marketing, communications, and campaigns related to client experience
