Job summary

Mediclinic in Mpumalanga seeks an HR Enablement professional to support a holistic employee experience within a value-based culture. You will coordinate wellness initiatives, facilitate benefits policies, and help deploy workforce management systems to enable efficient service delivery.

The role requires an Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in HR and at least two years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of HR policies and Shared Services processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or related environment.
• Experience with HR policies, benefits and remuneration is preferred.
• Experience with Workforce Management systems is desirable.
