Job summary

Diagnostic Radiological Services Inc. is seeking an Accounts Administrator (Credit Control) at our head office in Alberton. You will manage patient billing, collections, and reconciliation of medical aid remittances in a fast-paced radiology environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, two years in credit control within healthcare, and excellent communication with hospital staff, patients, and medical aids. On-site work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; credit control cert advantageous.
• 2+ years in a similar healthcare role.
• Experience collecting medical aid debt across healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial targets and deadlines.
• Reconcile remittances from medical aid and handle rejected accounts.
• Review rejected PMB claims and resubmit for payment.
• Maintain outstanding debtor days below 25 days.
• Respond to member queries promptly and professionally.
• Uphold POPI Act compliance and patient confidentiality.
