Diagnostic Radiological Services Inc. is seeking an Accounts Administrator (Credit Control) at our Head Office in Alberton. You will manage medical aid debt collection, maintain debtor days below 25, and liaise with hospital staff and members to ensure timely payments.

The role requires Matric, 2+ years in credit control within healthcare, and strong Word/Excel/Outlook skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced radiology environment with a focus on accuracy, patient care, and teamwork.

Formación

• Matric with relevant credit control exposure preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities essential.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload in a healthcare finance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet financial targets and deadlines.
• Review aged analysis and identify areas of concern.
• Reconcile remittances from medical aid and action rejections.
• Review PMB benefit claims, ICD-10 coding and resubmit for payment.
• Understand scheme rules for allocated medical aids.
• Maintain debtor days below 25.
• Use diary system and follow up daily.
• Respond to member queries promptly and professionally.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain calm under pressure.
