Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in English.

• Multitasking ability and the ability to handle stressful situations and difficult stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to support role functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families and ensure exceptional patient experience.
• Manage and resolve patient complaints with confidentiality and empathy.
• Escalate IT or operational complaints to appropriate stakeholders and monitor resolution.
• Investigate quality of service issues and implement improvement actions.
• Provide regular feedback to patients and families on investigation outcomes and actions taken.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and head office on improvement initiatives.
