Experience in a hospital setting and SAP ISH will be beneficial. You will also manage patient data, assist online admissions and maintain a welcoming reception area in line with Netcare

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification is required.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in a hospital environment and SAP ISH is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to departments while ensuring comfort.
• Manage patient admissions and collect/verify personal and medical information.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and ensure consent forms are properly completed.
• Handle payments (cash/credit cards) and daily reconciliation.
• Answer calls, resolve inquiries and support an efficient reception area.
