• 1-2 years Trauma / ER Experience Advantageous

• Manage Care Service Requests across channels until resolved.
• Connect with customers across channels, delivering an intuitive experience.
• Provide seamless, holistic care and understand the customer’s needs.
• Manage and validate authorisations with care and empathy.
