Job summary

Hotel Cape Town is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team and create memorable desserts for guests.

You will prepare pastries and desserts, follow head chef directions, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality food and service while keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Stocktaking, ordering supplies, and assisting in other areas as needed are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary school qualification required.
• Experience as a Pastry Chef is essential.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
