The Kelston Mahindra Peugeot Citroen Gqeberha branch is seeking a Parts Storeman to receive, check, store and dispatch parts. You will report part damages, process RFC claims and return parts to suppliers, and pre-pick for workshops.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 passes
• 1-2 years store control experience in warehouse/stockroom/retail distribution
• Storekeeping experience in an automotive dealership

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, storing parts and dispatching parts
• Report part damages on arrival
• Load RFC claims and return parts to suppliers
• Pre-pick parts for workshop
• Issue and safeguard parts and special tools
• Ensure every movement of a part is documented and traceable
• Ensure stock is correctly located with accurate bin locations and keep the store orderly
• Stock checks and perpetual checks

Key roles and responsibilities

• Storeman will be receiving, checking, storing parts & dispatching of parts
• To report Part Damages on arrival
• To load RFC Claims & return parts to Suppliers
• Parts pre-picks for workshop.
• Issuing and safeguarding the parts and special tools
• To ensure that every movement of a part is documented and traceable,
• To ensure Stock is correctly located with correct Bin Locations, and to keep the store orderly and controlled & Tidy
• Stock Checks. Perpetual Checks

Qualifications / experience required

• Grade 12
• 1-2 Years Store Control Experience Working in a warehouse, stockroom or retail distribution environment
• Storekeeping experience within an Automotive dealership
