Job summary

Liebherr Group in Gauteng seeks a Parts Business Analyst to analyse and report on the Parts division, identify strategies to address challenges, and strengthen weaknesses to improve overall performance in relation to set KPAs and general business targets.

The role covers detailed analysis of sales, procurement, planning, and inventory, plus creating advanced reports and dashboards for the Head of Parts Business. ERP system improvements and staff training are also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision, customer service and parts counter sales.
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance within Parts business.
• Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business.
• Sales margin analysis.
• Inventory analysis.
• Procurement analysis.
• Inventory forecasting.
• Assisting with the training of staff in the use of Baan and Excel as required.
• Identifying and resolving problems within the ERP system.
