Job summary

Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd in Springs, South Africa, seeks a data-driven analyst to perform detailed analysis of sales, procurement, planning and inventory within the Parts business. You will generate advanced reports and dashboards for the Head of Parts Business, conduct sales margin and inventory forecasting, and assist in staff training on Baan and Excel.

Experience in supervision and parts counter sales, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required to support ERP improvements and problem

Qualifications

• Supervision and customer service experience in parts sales.
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 4 years related experience.

• Analyze sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance for Parts business.

Responsibilities

• Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance within Parts business.
• Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business.
• Sales margin analysis.
• Inventory analysis.
• Procurement analysis.
• Sales forecasting.
• Inventory forecasting.
• Parts Price files management.
• Assisting with the training of staff in the use of Baan and Excel as required.
• Identifying and resolving problems within the ERP system.

Qualification And Experience

• Experience in supervision, customer service and parts counter sales.
