Job summary

Liebherr-Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Parts Business Analyst who analyzes and reports on the operational function of the Parts division, helping identify strategies to improve performance and meet KPAs.

You will perform detailed analyses of sales, procurement, planning and inventory, generate advanced reports and dashboards for the Head of Parts, and contribute to inventory forecasting and ERP improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Experience in supervision, customer service and parts counter sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance within Parts business.
• Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business.
• Sales margin analysis.

The Parts Business Analyst is a specialist who analyses and reports on the operational function of the Parts division. The Parts Business Analyst assists with the reporting and identification of strategies to correct challenges and strengthen areas of weakness to improve overall performance of the national Parts business in relation to set KPAs and general business performance.
