Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervision and customer service experience in parts sales.
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance for Parts business.
• Generate advanced reports and dashboards for the Head of Parts Business.
• Perform sales margin analysis.
• Analyze inventory and forecast needs.
• Analyze procurement activities.
• Forecast sales and inventory requirements.
• Manage Parts Price files.
• Assist staff training in Baan and Excel usage.
• Identify and resolve ERP system issues.
