Job summary

Ultra Personnel is seeking a Parts Business Analyst to support the Head of Parts Business in analyzing and reporting on the Parts division's operations. You will help identify strategies to strengthen weaknesses and boost overall performance against KPAs and general business targets.

Key duties include detailed analysis of sales, procurement, planning, and inventory; creating advanced reports and dashboards; and conducting forecasting for sales and inventory to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Matric and relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in supervision, customer service and parts counter sales.
Advanced Baan knowledge.
Strong IT knowledge focussed on cubes and databases.

Responsibilities

Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance within Parts business.
Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business
