Qualifications

Experience in supervision, customer service and parts counter sales.
Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Minimum 4 years related experience

Responsibilities

Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning, and inventory performance within Parts business.
Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business.
Sales margin analysis.
Inventory analysis.
Procurement analysis.
Sales forecasting.
Inventory forecasting.
Parts Price files management.
Assisting with the training of staff in the use of Baan and Excel as required.
Identifying and resolving problems within the ERP system.
