Job summary

Global Mining Leader in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA is seeking a Parts Business Analyst to analyze and report on the operational function of the Parts division. You will support reporting, identify strategies to address challenges and improve overall performance against KPAs and business results.

Responsibilities include sales, procurement and inventory analysis, forecasting, and creation of advanced dashboards for the Head of Parts Business.

Qualifications

• Matric and tertiary qualification required.
• 2+ years related experience in supervision, customer service or parts counter sales.
• Advanced Baan knowledge.
• Strong IT knowledge focused on cubes and databases.

Responsibilities

• Detailed analysis on sales, procurement, planning and inventory performance within Parts business.
• Generation of advanced detailed reports and dashboards as requested by the Head of Parts Business.
• Sales margin analysis.
• Inventory analysis.
• Procurement analysis.
• Sales forecasting.
• Inventory forecasting.
• Parts price files management.
