Job summary

Global Mining Leader in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA is seeking a Parts Business Analyst to analyze and report on the operational function of the Parts division. You will support reporting, identify strategies to address challenges and improve overall performance against KPAs and business results.

Responsibilities include sales, procurement and inventory analysis, forecasting, and creation of advanced dashboards for the Head of Parts Business.

Qualifications

• Matric and tertiary qualification required.
• 2+ years related experience in supervision, customer service or parts counter sales.
• Advanced Baan knowledge.
• Strong IT knowledge focused on cubes and databases.

Reporting to the Head of Parts Business the Parts Business Analyst is a specialist who analyses and reports on the operational function of the Parts division. The Parts Business Analyst assists with the reporting and identification of strategies to correct challenges and strengthen areas of weakness to improve overall performance of the national Parts business in relation to set KPAs and general business performance.
