Job summary

CambriLearn Online School in South Africa is seeking a thoughtful and strategic Community and Partnerships Lead to own CambriCommunity, the student community program. This role oversees the online community, an events programme (online and in person), and a partner network hosting activities for CambriLearn families.

You will recruit and manage partners, deliver events, and report on outcomes and impact, coordinating with admissions, marketing and academic teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in partnerships, community, membership or programme management
• Experience recruiting partners from cold, pitching, negotiating and closing
• Experience growing revenue or reach through existing partners
• Experience managing partners or accounts against targets
• Experience planning and delivering in-person events with budgets
• Experience managing a student/community audience with measured engagement
• Experience leading a team and budgeting with reporting to senior management
• Experience in education is advantageous
• Experience in youth or family-facing sectors is advantageous
• Experience working with CRM and community software is advantageous
• Experience in international markets is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Recruit partner organisations suitable for CambriLearn families and close agreements
• Manage partners after signing against agreed deliverables with quarterly reviews
• Grow value of partnerships through co-marketing and cross-promotion
• Plan and deliver online and in-person events including budgets, venues and safeguarding
• Manage CambriCommunity online and its clubs/groups with age-appropriate access and moderation
• Define how the programme is measured and report regularly to management
• Work with admissions, marketing and academic teams as required
