Job summary

ALX Africa, a non-profit dedicated to unlocking Africa's digital future, is seeking a strategic Learner Recruitment Specialist to lead the national learner recruitment program in South Africa. You will design strategies, manage the funnel from awareness to enrollment, and build partnerships with schools and youth networks to drive learner growth.

Collaborate across Marketing, Partnerships, and Community teams to ensure campaigns resonate with learners and families, while mentoring recruitment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, admissions, growth, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment funnels and hit enrollment targets.
• Strong copywriting, campaign content editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent data analysis and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national learner recruitment strategies to drive registrations and enrollments.
• Own the full recruitment funnel from lead generation to enrollment and payment conversion.
• Oversee campaign content, edit copy, and ensure consistency across channels.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities, and youth organisations.
• Track performance and provide actionable insights.
