Study Group in South Africa seeks an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of partner agents and drive student enrolment and profitability. You will build strong partner relationships, manage SLAs, recruit new agents and deliver market insights for product development.

You will work with university partners, support market growth, and represent the brand at events while driving KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction across Southern & Central Africa.

Qualifikationen

• Native country Speaker & Fluent in English.
• Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling.
• Computer literate and proficient in CRM tools.
• Comfortable in high pressure environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with CRM and data analysis tools like Salesforce, Power BI to understand pipeline and trends.
• Familiar with student recruitment in local market.
• Familiar with agents in local market.
• Able to influence agents’ decision making.
• Knowledge of market demand and trends.

Aufgaben

• Development & execution of sales account plans.
• Pipeline Management – Applicant Generation and Conversion.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
• Manage partner network and SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit new agents and onboard them.
• Represent Study Group at exhibitions and recruitment events.
• Provide product education and training to agents.
• Coordinate university partners’ in-market visits and insights.
• Budget control including scholarships allocations.
