Uber Direct lets restaurant brands fulfill orders placed on their own channels through Uber's delivery network. This Associate Customer Success Manager supports a portfolio of GDP restaurant brands across South Africa and Kenya and is the day-to-day partner contact for Direct relationships.

The role is based in the Johannesburg office and works with the global GDP Direct team and with colleagues in South Africa and Kenya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience using performance metrics to prioritize work and drive decisions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day partner execution for Uber Direct brands in South Africa and Kenya.
• Coordinate launches, testing, and rollout readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to partners.
• Support growth and expansion discussions with the Account Executive.
• Navigate escalations across regional and global teams.
