Job summary

Operational excellence across end-to-end customer journey and delivery reliability.

Responsibilities

Partner relationship management: maintain regular contact with restaurant brands in SA and Kenya; prepare business reviews with local/global stakeholders.
Launch and integration management: support onboarding and launches; coordinate testing and rollout readiness with cross-functional teams.
Performance and insights: monitor trips, fulfillment, delivery reliability, customer experience, and financials; flag gaps and propose actions.
Growth and account planning: work with merchants to grow Direct volume and strategy; support expansion or contract discussions.
