Managed People Solutions is seeking a confident Part-time Events Host for a Saturdays role with a liquor industry client in Gauteng. You will welcome guests, guide gin tastings, and share the story behind award‑winning spirits, with full training provided.

You’ll deliver up to three tasting sessions each Saturday, maintain a warm, professional atmosphere, and ensure every visitor leaves with a fantastic impression of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate gin tasting experiences for visitors.
• Deliver up to three tasting sessions each Saturday (≈2 hours per session).
• Welcome guests and create a warm, engaging atmosphere.
• Present information about the distillery, products, and process.
• Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all events.
• Manage group interactions and keep sessions on schedule.
• Assist with event setup, pack down, and general operations.
• Handle concerns calmly and professionally when required.
• Work with the team to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
