Changing Lanes seeks an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a developing residential estate in Kommetjie. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with Sectional Title and HOA requirements.

This part-time role offers mornings/half-days with flexibility. You’ll build strong relationships with residents and service providers while driving maintenance, safety and community planning as the estate grows.

Qualificações

• ESSENTIAL: Diploma or degree in Property, Facilities or Business Management.
• ESSENTIAL: Property or estate management experience.
• ESSENTIAL: Sound knowledge of Sectional Title and/or HOA management.
• ESSENTIAL: Strong financial, legal and maintenance planning abilities.
• ESSENTIAL: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ESSENTIAL: Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• ESSENTIAL: Proficient in MS Office and property management systems.
• ADVANTAGEOUS: Paddocks or Sectional Title qualification.
• ADVANTAGEOUS: WeConnectU or similar property management systems experience.
• ADVANTAGEOUS: Estate or development management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate.
• Manage maintenance, landscaping and external service providers.
• Manage estate security, implement safety protocols and handle incidents.
• Lead and coordinate on-site staff and contractors.
• Develop and implement SOPs and operational procedures.
• Manage resident communication, queries and complaints.
• Coordinate and assist with community events.
• Ensure compliance with Sectional Title and HOA requirements.
• Attend Board meetings and provide operational input.
• Oversee health and safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with financial, maintenance and operational planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, contractors and service providers.
