Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent required or best effort.
• At least 2 years in community work or similar field.
• Knowledge of Limpopo languages is a strong asset.
• Ability to work part-time with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and case management to community members.
• Facilitate group discussions and life skills workshops.
• Help clients identify needs and connect to services.
• Conduct outreach to inform about available programs.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, and health providers in Polokwane.
• Organize and deliver community events and activities.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement.
• Identify gaps and provide feedback for program development.
• Advocate for community needs within relevant systems.
