Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: you handle targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

This role covers Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvements, careful testing, and transparent reporting.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
