You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, with a track record of improving ROAS/CPA. Agency experience and clear English communication with US clients are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multifamily clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing, including when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers behind the story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
