Remote Growth Partners LLC seeks a seasoned paid media specialist to drive client growth across Google, Meta, and Microsoft ads. You will own budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver reports focused on ROAS and lead generation.

You will verify AI-driven recommendations, implement tracking with GTM, and collaborate with analytics and creative teams to meet client KPIs while staying ahead of industry changes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads with six-figure monthly budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own every number and recommendation you deliver. AI drafts, you verify. Generic AI output does not go to clients.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve client KPIs.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, lead volume, and conversion rates.
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot tracking tags via Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze performance data from Google Analytics and reporting tools to identify actionable insights.
• Prepare and present clear performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative, targeting, and budget strategies.
• Stay informed on industry updates, platform changes, and emerging advertising best practices.
