Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Outbound Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Pietermaritzburg to lead warehousing, dispatch, transport and inventory controls. You will drive OTIF performance and build a world-class warehouse culture.

You’ll manage a fast-paced operation, coach and develop a high-performing team, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics workflows in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years' experience managing warehouse and dispatch operations.
