Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a charismatic Sales Representative for our client, focusing on premium wines and spirits across Paarl and the Western Cape. You will build strong relationships with buyers at restaurants, bars, hotels and retailers, and drive sales through deep product knowledge and persuasive communication.

The role requires beverage or hospitality sales experience, a true passion for wine and spirits, excellent negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in beverage, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for wines and spirits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales relationships with clients in on-premise and off-premise channels.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of wines and spirits, highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the territory.
• Conduct product tastings and provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
• Manage inventory and order fulfillment processes efficiently.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback.
